We are transparent. Our fee is our only compensation, we don’t take or accept any commissions from suppliers and contractors. This makes our recommendations and decisions impartial and for the client’s advantage and benefit.

Our design usually tries to marry the exterior and the interior spaces as you will find evident in most of our projects portfolio. We normally carry thru a story that is cohesive with our exterior and interior design.
We try to catch the hotel luxury feel for the interior spaces and try to insert surprise areas that people don’t anticipate when we narrate the story thru our space planning.
As a process, we don’t only show design images, but we take careful analysis of every detail of our drawings before we release a complete set of blueprints to the contractors to avoid miscommunication and unforseen additional costs.
