San Juan City 1200 SQM
How do you execute a program while wrestling the restrictions of superstitious beliefs was our greatest challenge for this project. Navigating thru the puzzle, we were still able to apply our distinct solution, intermarrying negative and positive spaces together.
Situated to face the warmest part of the house, we have introduced wood filters and deep overhangs to negate the effect, thus still making our program livable. As you go deeper the spaces, your experience is enhanced by what is common with our houses, everything has a view!
The main spaces usher an exciting view of the garden giving it a more relaxed ambiance as the user experience the spaces. Hidden gems are discovered as we walk thru this during the construction stage with the client, we can’t wait to see how much potential this has.
